Tour bookings are confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Prawasi Holidays and the applicable advance payment, if required.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us as early as possible. Cancellation requests will be processed based on the cancellation terms applicable to your selected tour package and the policies of hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting any non-refundable charges, including booking fees, hotel cancellation charges, transportation charges, and other expenses already incurred.
In case a tour is cancelled by Prawasi Holidays due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered an alternative tour, rescheduling option, or a refund, depending on the situation.
No refund will be provided for unused services, missed departures, late arrivals, or cancellations due to reasons beyond our control, including natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method or any other mutually agreed method.
